Terms & Conditions


After you have booked with Wayland Private Hire, you will receive an email/text with full details of your itinerary. It is your responsibility to check that the details are correct. If the confirmation message that we send you is not correct, please contact us as soon as possible for amendments to be made.

Wayland Private Hire does not accept any responsibility for missed flights due to traffic/weather/break downs or severe weather conditions.
 
Our passengers are advised to arrive at airports at least 2 hours before the advertised flight departure time (3 hours for US flights). We are happy to advise you on estimated journey times to the airport, but we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control causing flights to be missed.

 

We require your flight numbers to enable us to track your flights to ensure that we are there to meet you in case of early/late arrival. Please provide us with a mobile contact number to assist with communication at the airport. 

Arrival dates/times in the UK are required and not those of your departure country.


If you have a serious delay on your return journey please inform us as soon as possible, although we will do our utmost to find out if you have incurred any delays.

Waiting Time / Parking Charges
Airport return journeys carry an additional £5 for parking and the first hour of waiting time commencing from the flight landing time. After this, waiting time is charged at £5 per fifteen minutes or part there of. If due to unforeseen events, we are late, you will be compensated at the same rate.

Tolls
All bridge tolls and London congestion charges are included in the fixed quote provided by Wayland Private Hire.

 
Amendment Policy
Any amendments that you make to your journey will be confirmed by us via email/text or by telephone.


 

Cancellation of air and sea port bookings.

24 hours’ notice is required  for cancellations. If this is not received, the full fare including parking charges incurred will be charged. 


We will send a text/email to confirm your cancellation. If this is not received, please call us on 08007999682.

 

In the unlikely event of disputes, all legally available powers will be utilised by Wayland Private Hire.
